It’s no secret that Kamloops is known for extraordinarily diverse golf, but our craft beer offerings are pretty epic also.

Kamloops’ first craft brewery, the Noble Pig Brewhouse is a local hotspot. Belly up with pals under the canoe and indulge in their famous deep fried pickles paired deliciously with the Belgian Pepper Ale, or if you like something a little darker, try a Mocha Porter.

Next door is Alchemy Brewing where you will be delighted with innovative flavours. At Alchemy, we recommend the Bad Hombre Mexican Lager or the Broken Resolution Hazy IPA. With fun brew names and a fun atmosphere you are guaranteed to have a great time.

While in downtown Kamloops, we highly recommend a stop at Red Collar Brewing to sip in their casual atmosphere and enjoy a classic board game. You won’t find TV’s or fancy lights, but you will find fantastic brews including their Kamloops Common Crisp Lager or their warming allspice pumpkin beer ,Squash Gourdon.

Inspired by BC’s history, the taproom at Iron Road Brewing is railroad themed. Pull up a chair at the back window and watch the brewing process in action while sampling their tasty Nachos and a Loop Line IPA or a Locomotive Lager.

Kamloops’ newest Brewery Bright Eye Brewing can be found on the North Shore and is definitely worth the trip across the river. Locals are falling in love with their delicious menu and outstanding brews. Sample directly from the barrel their Alexander the Grape Triple Dry Hopped DIPA or their Jammin’ Raspberry Stout.

Each fall Kamloops breweries present the finest fall flavours and embrace distinct profiles of late season fruits. Check out these 5 Kamloops fall brews to try. Or better yet, tee off in the morning and then hop in the passenger seat with TasteFull Excursions for an afternoon brew tour.
